By using OTTMap (the "app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app. These terms apply to all users of OTTMap, with or without an account.
1. The service
OTTMap is a film discovery and watchlist tool for Indian regional cinema. It shows you what is available to stream on third-party platforms. OTTMap does not host, stream, or distribute any video content.
2. Accounts
Creating an account is optional. If you create one:
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
- You must provide a real email address. Accounts with false contact information may be removed.
- One person, one account. Do not share accounts.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from OTTMap at scale.
- Use automated tools to create accounts or interact with the service in ways that burden our infrastructure.
- Circumvent any technical measures that limit access.
The app is provided for personal, non-commercial use. Commercial use requires written permission.
4. Streaming data accuracy
OTTMap displays streaming availability based on data from third-party sources. This data may be delayed or occasionally incorrect. We do not guarantee that a title shown as available on a platform is actually accessible at any given moment. Always verify on the platform itself before purchasing a subscription.
5. Intellectual property
Film titles, posters, and related assets displayed in OTTMap are the property of their respective rights holders. OTTMap presents this information for discovery purposes and does not claim ownership of any of it.
The OTTMap app itself — its code, design, and brand — is owned by smara.tech. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute it without permission.
6. Disclaimers
OTTMap is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about uptime, data accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use at your own risk.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, smara.tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of OTTMap, including loss of data or inability to access content.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to OTTMap at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If you have an account, we will notify you by email before material changes take effect. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
